Shipping
Canada
Orders are prepared with care and typically ship within 2–5 business days.
We ship primarily with Canada Post.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.
International
International orders may take up to 4 weeks to arrive.
Please note that any customs or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and we’ll make it right.
Returns
If something doesn’t feel right for your body, please reach out within 30 days of purchase.
If a return is approved, we ask that at least half of the product remains.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
Once your return is received and reviewed, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
